Delete your account

What gets deleted

When your request is confirmed, we permanently remove the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your account profile (name, mobile number, email, language and profile settings)
• Moments you created and their engagement data (supports, call counts)
• Authentication records tied to your account

Some records may be retained briefly where required for safety, moderation, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Call recordings follow their own retention windows (unreported calls up to 24 hours; reported calls up to 90 days).

How it works

1. Request it below. Enter the email linked to your account. We email you a confirmation link.
2. Confirm from the email. Opening the link confirms the request. Any pending safety reports are reviewed first.
3. We deactivate, then delete. Your account is deactivated immediately on confirmation. You then have a 7-day cooling-off period to change your mind by signing back in. After 7 days, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.
